Do I need a Paypal account to subscribe?
No, all major credit cards are accepted as well. While you are subscribing, you will be able to create a Paypal account if you wish.

If I already have a paid subscription, can I upgrade to a higher subscription?
Yes, we will subtract the value of the number of months left in your current subscription from the price of your upgraded subscription.

My coupons are not showing on my listing!
Coupons are available for 3 months on Free listings. Login to your account and check your "Personal" information page to see if the 3 month trial period has expired.
If your subscription is BRONZE or greater (and has not expired), make sure that you have set the coupon's status to "Active" in the edit coupon screen.

Why is my personal webpage not found with a Google search?
Although the major search engines index billions of webpages and are constantly working to increase the number of pages they include, indexing can take time.

What kind of images are accepted for my company logo and webpage?
Our editers reserve the right to reject offensive or pornographic images.
Please keep the size of individual images to 100k or less. Contact customer support if you need help converting large images.

My spa location does not show up on my directions map!
To show your location on a map, we use the data entered in your spa's
STREET NUMBER AND NAME and CITY fields.
NOTE: Make sure to press TEST DIRECTIONS to confirm that your location is mapped correctly.
